School Canceled – Friday, Feb. 7, 2025
Walla Walla High School hosted its final Unified basketball game of the season on Wednesday, February 5 against the Hermiston Bulldogs. No matter the score, both teams won!
Our school district is proud to recognize National School Counseling Week 2025, taking place from February 3–7, with this year’s theme: "School Counseling: Helping Students Thrive."

Walla Walla High School’s JROTC Precision and Sporter Class Rifle Teams traveled to Camp Perry, Ohio last week to compete in the Junior Air Rifle National Championships. The match, hosted by The X Count and sanctioned by the Civilian Marksmanship Program, is the culminating event of a selection process that began for WAHI shooters in November when they hosted the regional qualifier on their home range. During the selection process, teams competed in local and regional rifle matches that determined their national ranking. As the program concluded, the top 20 ranked teams in the US were invited to the national title contest.

Each year, Walla Walla High School’s JROTC Blue Devil Battalion holds a benefit dinner to support program’s ability to compete regionally and nationally, representing the Walla Walla community. Each year, the event surpasses the previous year, enabling the Cadets to continue their high level of competitiveness and representation of our community.
This year’s event will be held March 15, 2025 in the Walla Walla High School commons.
