Spring sports are starting to wind down but it never stops!
Here are some important information in regards of Cheer, Dance & Summer!

SEATech Summer & Fall Programs Update

SEATech offers summer classes for 0.5 (point-five) high school credit to current 8th - 11th grade students. Classes include Filmmakers Boot Camp (open), Crime Scene to Courtroom (open), Health (open), and Introduction to Manufacturing (open). Summer Programs Flyer (PDF)

Are you a junior or senior next year? It’s not too late to sign up for the 2025-26 school year at SEATech.

Register for the 2025-26 school year at https://bit.ly/seatech25-26application or visit the Counseling Center.  SEATech will continue to accept enrollment applications for open programs through next year’s start dates.

Cinco De Mayo Flyer 2025

CINCO DE MAYO FAMILY FESTIVAL-Friday May 2nd

On Friday, May 2nd, the Walla Walla High School Latino Club is sponsoring a Cinco de mayo celebration in the Walla Walla High School Commons area. The festival will feature a career and activity fair and community partners as part of the celebration.
 
Dinner will be provided for the first 250 people who attend the event. Entertainment will feature performances by local groups and school programs. The activity fair will include many community partners, colleges, universities, and school clubs that families or children will enjoy. Those activities will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

WHITMAN ENRICHMENT-Applications now Open

WaHi is now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 Whitman Enrichment Program. This program allows 11th and 12th grade students to take one college course each semester for full college credit. Regular tuition and fees are waived; however, students must cover the cost for texts and materials for the course. 

Courses taken through Whitman Enrichment are to be courses that significantly vary from courses that are offered at WaHi.

Students can pick up an application at the WaHi main office.
More information about the program, including the Whitman Course Catalog and enrichment application form, can be found on the Whitman Enrichment Website

Applications are due to the WaHi main office by May 23.

Sign up for Summer Driver’s Education

 

Sign up for Summer 2025 Driver's Ed by clicking here!  Priority will be given to the oldest students who sign up within this window of time.

The classroom part of summer school Traffic Safety Education will run June 9-July 10, Monday thru Thursday.  It will not meet June 19 or July 3.  Students signing up for the class should also prepare to be available at least partially from July 13-25 to finish the behind-the-wheel portion of the class. There will be two sessions, currently planned for 9-11:10 and 11:30-1:40.  One session will be available each Friday for mandatory retakes of tests, quizzes, or assignments that do not meet standard.  

Students must attend ALL days of the class to have enough hours to earn a certificate of completion.

Math Tutoring After School

Interested in getting some tutoring with math homework? Come by room B106 after the 6th bell on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays to get some help from Hazel! Everyone is welcome to join in, regardless of grade level or math class you're taking.
