Wrestlers Conditioning and Open Mats

Wrestlers and those interested: Come join the wrestling team for pre-season strength and conditioning as well as open mats. The schedule is as follows:

Strength and Conditioning Workouts:
Monday & Tuesday @ The YMCA 6:00am
Wednesday @ Wa-Hi 4:30pm

Open Mats:
Monday-Wednesday @ 5:30pm in the Wrestling Room
